1. The service

LinkDeck lets you create, edit, and publish a link-in-bio page, assisted by AI. By creating an account or using LinkDeck you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, including our cookie-free site analytics.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address and are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames are first come, first served; we may reclaim usernames that are inactive, impersonate others, or violate these terms.

3. Your content

Your page content belongs to you. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and deliver it — that's what publishing a page means. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including images.

4. AI-generated content

LinkDeck uses AI models to edit your page, write text, and generate images at your request. AI output can be inaccurate — review your page before publishing. You are responsible for the content of your published page, including AI-generated parts.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use LinkDeck for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful: no phishing, malware, harassment, impersonation, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may unpublish pages or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans and limits

The free plan includes limits (such as daily AI edits) that we may adjust over time. Paid plans, when available, are billed as described at purchase.

7. Availability and changes

LinkDeck is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Ending things

You can stop using LinkDeck at any time and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
